LWR Quilters The quilters meet 4th Wednesday of the month at 10:00 am to assemble and sew quilts for Lutheran World Relief that are shipped all over the world. We can always use more hands. BYO lunch.  Peace Lutheran/Silvana

GOD’S LOVE IN ACTION – Lutheran World Relief Quilts, Baby care kits, Personal Care kits School kits—Meets the first Tuesday of every month at 9:00 am at Bethlehem Lutheran in Marysville.

Sunday Supper at Bethlehem Lutheran Church - Bringing together a coalition of churches and volunteers with a shared purpose: To provide a nourishing meal and a place of belonging for those who need it most.  These services are free and open to everyone, every Sunday at specified times.   HOT MEAL --- 3-4 PM SHOWER ---  2-6 PM LAUNDRY  ---  2-6 PM 
 
Today’s Issues - actively seeking ways to become intentional in support of immigrant brothers and sisters. For consideration: updating our nondiscrimination policy, declaring private spaces, how to respond to ICE, explore ways to provide financial, emotional and practical support for immigrant families in the community who may be impacted by deportation.  Peace members and those from our sister churches are invited to participate in these discussions. Parkinson’s Support Group Jean Oien is looking into starting a Parkinson’s support group for those recently diagnosed or long time patients. The goal of the group is to share experiences and connect. Bereavement Support - group for anyone grieving loss of any kind. “We come from our grief experience as deeper persons because we have been down in the depths of despair and know what it’s like. We come out of it stronger for we have had to learn how to use our spiritual muscles to climb the rugged mountain trails.”   Come join us on the third Monday of each month at 2pm at the Leque residence 718 State Highway 532.
